20. Los Angeles Lakers

Short of upsetting the Phoenix Suns or Memphis Grizzlies in the first round of the playoffs, this season is going to go down as a big disappointment for the Los Angeles Lakers. Both LeBron James and the Lakers will have some big decisions to make this offseason.

19. New Orleans Pelicans

Regardless of whether or not the New Orleans Pelicans make the playoffs (they’ll probably make the Play-In Tournament), you can’t help but not be excited for what t his team can be headed into next season. Of course, a big part of that relies on the return of Zion Williamson.
