The New Orleans Pelicans, in this hypothetical, will be taking a bit of a pivot after trading Zion Williamson. Look for this team to reload with multiple picks in the first round. One potential option early on is Dyson Daniels.

Daniels is an interesting prospect that took the unconventional road to the 2022 NBA Draft. Was his stock hurt by that? Perhaps. However, expect him to repair some of that during his pre-draft workouts. Daniels has the chance to be the real deal.

And the Pelicans could take the chance on him, especially considering that they will have multiple first-round picks.
