NBA Mock Draft 5.0: A.J. Griffin rises; Knicks acquire Zion Williamson
17. Indiana Pacers (via CLE) – Walker Kessler, C, Auburn
The Indiana Pacers need to find some added depth to their frontcourt after they traded Domantas Sabonis at the NBA Trade Deadline. After the season that Walker Kessler had at Auburn, he deserves to be taken in the first round. The Pacers would be a fit.
18. Minnesota Timberwolves – Malaki Branham, F, Ohio State
The Minnesota Timberwolves have been one of the biggest surprises this season and it appears that they’re finally going to make it back to the playoffs. Expect this team to continue to add to their core with a prospect such as Malaki Branham.
Branham has recently risen up draft boards and the belief is that he’ll continue to do so leading up to the 2022 NBA Draft.
