Paul George has the potential to take over a series
Another part of the LA Clippers team that makes them dangerous is Paul George‘s ability to take over a series. Because of his injury this season, which knocked him out for the majority of the year, it’s easy to overlook that part of this team’s threat.
Before his injury, the Clippers were a top 5 seed in the Western Conference, and there were whispers that George should earn some recognition for NBA MVP. Even though much has changed since then, George hasn’t.
During his three games since his return from injury, George is averaging 24 points, four rebounds, and six assists per game on 52 percent shooting from 3-point range. If he can play at that level in the playoffs, he will be a problem for any team.
