The Phoenix Suns have been historically good this season. And I don’t think we should discount just that and we actually should be anticipating more of that heading into the postseason. Phoenix has a chip on its shoulder and has been playing that way all season long.

The Suns have the third-best offense, second-best defense, and the best net rating in the league. I predict that Phoenix is going to absolutely dominate the first two rounds of the NBA Playoffs – this team won’t drop a playoff game until the conference finals.

As long as Chris Paul is healthy, and there’s no reason to believe that he won’t be heading into the playoffs, the Suns should be heavy favorites to win the NBA title. It will all start by Phoenix running through the West.
