MVP contender #3: Giannis Antetokounmpo

The best player in the NBA as of today. A two-time MVP and an NBA champion, Giannis always deserves the MVP. The man is so lethal in a plethora of ways. There is no stopping him at the end of the day.

Antetokounmpo just finished his ninth NBA season and has averaged 25 points or better in the past five seasons. It does not seem that Antetokounmpo can get any better, but he is. He has improved on his jumpers and has expanded his game to more than just inside the paint.

This season, Giannis led the Bucks to the third seed in the Eastern Conference and averaged a career-high in points at 29.9 points.

With that being said, Antetokounmpo is the best player in the world but that does not give him the MVP by default every season.
