12. New York Knicks – TyTy Washington, G, Kentucky
The New York Knicks will likely be looking to upgrade the point guard position this offseason (it’s safe to say that the stopgap option hasn’t exactly worked for the team), and perhaps they finally use the draft to do so with their lottery pick.
At this point, TyTy Washington would be a value selection. There’s a chance he could be selected in the top 10 and snagging him at No. 12 would be a solid investment for a team that hasn’t had an answer at the position in years.
There’s no guarantee that Washington is going to be the long-term answer for the Knicks at the point guard position, but he’s a worthy investment for a team that hasn’t had much luck in finding an answer.
