17. Houston Rockets (via BK) – Kennedy Chandler, G, Tennessee

The Houston Rockets are going to be one of the most talented young teams in the league next season. However, being talented vs. translating that talent to on-the-court success are two very different things.

And the Rockets haven’t exactly been great at that this season. Kennedy Chandler could be a target at No. 17 for Houston.

18. Minnesota Timberwolves – Tari Eason, F, LSU

The Minnesota Timberwolves finally made the jump to the postseason, now they need to continue to build around their dynamic duo of Anthony Edwards and Karl-Anthony Towns. Tari Eason could be an interesting addition for the team just outside the lottery.
