The Los Angeles Lakers are coming off a disappointing season. Especially considering that this team was expected to be a contender in the Western Conference after adding Russell Westbrook during the offseason.
Nevertheless, for a team that is expected to return both LeBron James and Anthony Davis next season, the Lakers need to figure out a way to get back to contender status. Heading into the offseason, the Lakers have some work to do but it’s not entirely impossible to believe that the Lakers can get back to sitting atop the West standings.
