New York Knicks: 4 offseason goals to prioritize for the front office
Trade Julius Randle
Julius Randle has become a polarizing figure amongst New York Knicks fans. There are some that believe he simply needs to be surrounded by more talent, but there are others that have lost all hope in him as a No. 1.
Either way, there’s no denying that he took a step back this season and that he is coming off his least productive (and efficient) year during his time as a Knick.
Randle is still a good player even if he’s not the star that the Knicks believed he was after how he played during the 2020-21 season. But I can’t envision him ever living up to the standard that he set for himself during that magical season.
It’s probably best for both parties to just move on from each other at this point.
