The “pressure” variable

Considering the characters (players and coaches) that are involved in this series, all the pressure is squarely on the Philadelpiha 76ers. That was even before the Sixers raced off to a 3-0 series lead. That won’t change even in Toronto for Game 6.

The Sixers (Joel Embiid, James Harden, and Doc Rivers) have everything to lose while the Raptors have almost nothing to lose on their end. That matters. Not everyone is built for high-pressure situations and we’re going to find out if the Sixers are.

The Raptors will be able to play pressure-free in Game 6 on their home floor and good luck to the Sixers in Game 7 if they lose in Toronto.
