Who will fill the production void left by Khris Middleton’s injury?

It’s official. In all likelihood, Khris Middleton will be out for the Eastern Conference semifinals between the Milwaukee Bucks and Boston Celtics. It’s something that the Bucks will have to adjust if they are going to have any chance to advance against the Celtics.

The big question for the Bucks is who is going to fill the void left by Middleton? Beyond Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jrue Holiday, the Bucks are going to need a third to rise in this series – whether that’s Brook Lopez, Grayson Allen, or Bobby Portis.

If Milwaukee wins this series, that will be the story – about the third player who stepped up in the absence of Middleton. The fear, of course, for the Bucks is that no one rises to the occasion.
