NBA Mock Draft 7.0: Knicks land Donovan Mitchell; Jabari Smith at No. 1

12. Oklahoma City Thunder (via LAC) – Tari Eason, F, LSU

The Oklahoma City Thunder, with their second lottery pick, could look to take a chance on a frontcourt player. One option is the rising Tari Eason out of LSU.

Eason is a prospect that has risen over the last couple of months on NBA Draft boards and one that could continue to do so during his individual workouts. I’m not sure if many believe he has the chance to be a star at the next level, but he could be a good rotation player for a good team.

As the Thunder continues to try to collect talented prospects with the potential to be foundational pieces, Eason is a good risk.
