18. Chicago Bulls – Ousmane Dieng, F, International

The Chicago Bulls have some big decisions to make this offseason. With the biggest revolving around what Zach LaVine elects to do. One decision could really throw the Bulls in for a ride this summer.

Assuming that the Bulls re-sign LaVine, it’ll be almost impossible to expect any player that they select at No. 18 to be contributing to the team next season. That said Ousmane Dieng is one of the hottest international prospects in this draft.

He is raw and needs time to develop, but the potential for him down the line is almost too good to pass up in the first round. The Bulls could give him that luxury and allow him to develop in the background.
