28. Golden State Warriors – Jean Montero, G, Overtime Elite

Like many of these teams picking at this point in the NBA Draft, the Golden State Warriors don’t have any glaring needs. That said, taking a chance on a player such as Jean Montero could be interesting for one of the best developmental franchises in the league.

Jean Montero could develop in the shadows as the Warriors continue to compete for championships. Montero has flashed during his international play and that’s probably the biggest reason why he should be a first-round pick.

He has plenty to work on in terms of development, but he has the potential to be a great story in a few years.
