5. Indiana Pacers – Jalen Duren, C, Memphis

I continue to pound the drum on my belief that the Indiana Pacers are going to trade Myles Turner and possibly Malcolm Brogdon at some point during the offseason. If so, it would be wise for the Pacers to try and find their future replacements in the draft.

One potential option in the frontcourt would be Jalen Duren, who is overall one of the best athletes in this draft. I mean, just looking at him, any team would be fooling themselves if they’re not sold on his raw potential.

He’s still extremely raw on the offensive end but showed in college that he has the potential to be a really good rim protector. If he can at least be that initially, it would be enough to warrant a top 5 selection.
