The San Antonio Spurs are an interesting potential option for Zach LaVine, assuming they would be interested. The Spurs have a solid young core that includes Dejounte Murray, Lonnie Walker (if he is re-signed), Devin Vassell, and Keldon Johnson.

The Spurs could have big use from a veteran guard such as LaVine. He could automatically be inserted into the starting lineup and would be an upgrade over what they have at the moment. Plus, this move would make even more sense if head coach Gregg Popovich wants to give it another few years.

Perhaps this landing spot only looks less appealing without Pop, but if LaVine is looking for a stable organization that has some young talent to build around, there may not be many better options than the Spurs.
