Los Angeles Lakers: 4 realistic offseason trade targets to help LeBron James
Malcolm Brogdon, Indiana Pacers
One other option that could arise during the offseason for the Los Angeles Lakers is Malcolm Brogdon. There have been whispers that the Indiana Pacers could look to trade Brogdon in the offseason and if that is indeed so, the Lakers should be open to the possibility.
Brogdon is still an effective player and, at this point in his career, is one of the most underrated guards in the league. He’d be able to play off of LeBron and AD and could still carry the offense for the team when LeBron and AD are off the floor – that’s something that Russell Westbrook failed to do most of the time this season.
The Lakers don’t have much wiggle room heading into the offseason, but there’s no question that this team will have a few avenues to improve the roster. The question is, will they take advantage of them?
