The Miami Heat are falling apart at the seams, and it’s not just the doing of their woeful shooting.

The Miami Heat have been a very different team over their past two games against the Philadelphia 76ers. It’s been day and night for the Heat from how they looked in Games 1 and 2 compared to how they’ve looked in Games 3 and 4.

The result? The Sixers have now even the Eastern Conference semifinals at two games apiece. The series will now shift to an all-important Game 5 in Miami.

The big question heading into Game 5 is which Heat team is going to appear. Is it going to be the Heat team that we saw in Games 1 and 2 or the one that has been trending recently over the past two games in this series?

And while it’s easy to point at the Heat’s bad shooting over the last couple of games and blame that as the culprit, there’s just so much more to the story. Yes, the team’s bad shooting hasn’t helped but there are a few more concerning trends that are forming for Miami.

We explore three of those concerning trends that could end up ending the season for the Heat.
