Exploring three key matchups between the Boston Celtics and Miami Heat that will decide the Eastern Conference Finals.
In what will end up being a rematch of the 2020 (bubble) Eastern Conference Finals, the Boston Celtics and Miami Heat, the top two seeds respectively, are set to square off with a trip to the NBA Finals on the line.
Back in 2020, the Heat outlasted the Celtics in six games before losing to the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA Finals. Interestingly, both the Celtics and Heat lost in the first round of the playoffs last season. Could the bubble season and shortened offseason have had a hand in that? Absolutely.

In an attempt to find the answer to that, there are some sub-matchups that need to be figured out first. We explore three key matchups in this series that could go a long way in deciding who will win this series between the Celtics and Heat.
