12. Oklahoma City Thunder – Johnny Davis, G, Wisconsin
After adding an offensive-minded wing with the second overall pick, the Thunder could look to target a running mate for Shai Gilgeous-Alexander with their second first-round pick. Johnny Davis would be an excellent selection at this point in the lottery.
Davis is a player that could work his way into being a top 10 pick and certainly has the talent to be one, but if he’s available late in the lottery, he could be a steal of the first round. The big knock on Davis coming out of college is his inefficient offensive tendencies.
Though, because of his potential on that side of the floor, there’s no question that he should be taken high in this draft. The Thunder would be a good landing spot for him and he could develop into a valuable part of this franchise’s build.
