This scenario for the Los Angeles Lakers seems highly unlikely

For Zach LaVine to land with the Los Angeles Lakers this summer, a lot – and, I mean, a lot – would have to go their way. Not only would LaVine have to want to go to the Lakers, but Westbrook would likely have to play nice as well.

And that’s just the starting point. After that, the Chicago Bulls would have to be willing to help facilitate a trade and then a third team (likely) would have to be recruited to make it all work. Then, the Lakers would have to restructure the supporting cast too.

While the idea of LaVine going to the Lakers makes a lot of sense in theory, it seems like nothing more than a pipe dream. Heading into the offseason, it’s absolutely a possibility. However, it would be extremely surprising if it all came together for Los Angeles.
