17. Houston Rockets – E.J. Liddell, F, Ohio State

The Houston Rockets look to make more smart moves and E.J. Liddell would be exactly that. He hasn’t gotten much love thus far in the draft process, but Liddell could emerge as the steal of the first round.

He likely will fall down draft boards because of his size but could emerge as a Draymond Green type in the right system.

18. Chicago Bulls – TyTy Washington, G, Kentucky

With the concerns that are surrounding Lonzo Ball heading into the offseason, it wouldn’t be all that surprising if the team elected to make a selection that reinforced the backcourt. TyTy Washington would almost be a steal at this point in the draft.

He could develop behind Ball and be ready to take over the reins if necessary in a year or two.
