7. Portland Trail Blazers – Shaedon Sharpe, G, Kentucky

There’s a very real chance that the Portland Trail Blazers end up trading the No. 7 overall pick – either at the NBA Draft or after. The Blazers are looking to build a win-now team around Damian Lillard and it’s difficult to see any prospect making that type of impact at No. 7.

However, a boom-or-bust prospect that the Blazers could take a chance on is Shaedon Sharpe. There’s a chance that if he played this season for Kentucky that he could be projected as a top 5 pick.

Though, because he didn’t, there are real questions about his potential. He has everything that you want in a future prospect but the concerns will hold him to being a mid-to-late lottery pick in this year’s NBA Draft.
