8. New Orleans Pelicans – Johnny Davis, G, Wisconsin

The New Orleans Pelicans are trending in the right direction. Zion Williamson is healthy, CJ McCollum looked to be a fit with the team, and Brandon Ingram continued to be an under-the-radar star for the team.

Adding another top 10 pick should only help this team in their pursuit of making a move up the Western Conference standings next season. One option at No. 8 is Johnny Davis, who is a score-first guard that could give some insurance behind McCollum.

Davis has some concerns when it comes to his efficiency, but the hope is that will improve when he makes the jump to the NBA. Perhaps his offensive inefficiency was due more to necessity than actual skill.
