The Chicago Bulls acquire Rudy Gobert

The Chicago Bulls direly need some defense, especially after this past season where it was evident that Nikola Vucicevic is a defensive liability. Some of the harshest losses for the Bulls came at the hands of teams with elite big men.

When the Bulls play the 76ers, Joel Embiid looks like the greatest player to walk the earth and guarantees 30 plus points a night as he feasts on Vooch’s poor defense. The Bulls will look to trade away Coby White, who has been a big disappointment. They will trade Vooch because they will replace him with Gobert and potentially the 18th pick in this year’s draft.

This trade will boost the Bulls deep into the playoffs if healthy. They have an excellent roster when playing together, and with Rudy Gobert and Patrick Williams as defensive anchors, this team can be scary for years to come.
