11. New York Knicks – Ochai Agbaji, F, Kansas
The New York Knicks would love to get their hands on Jaden Ivey as the answer to their long-term issues at the point guard position. But it doesn’t seem like they have the necessary assets (or desire) to move into the top 5 to get him.
Assuming that this team is still going to be in win-now mode heading into next season, there may not be a better option than Ochai Agbaji. Of the prospects projected to go outside the top 5, he’s probably the most NBA-ready.
He’s a winning player and has the potential to have an immediate impact as a 3-and-D wing, which is exactly what the Knicks could use.
