14. Cleveland Cavaliers – Ousmane Dieng, F, International

With the final pick in the lottery, the Cleveland Cavaliers will have a chance to reload. Even though the Cavs don’t necessarily have any glaring weaknesses, I think it would be extremely surprising if the lottery came and went without Ousmane Dieng taken.

Even though Dieng is technically a big question mark, he is the best overall international prospect (considering potential and ceiling). Cleveland could be a soft landing spot for him as he continues to grow as a player.

He wouldn’t have much expectation placed upon him and could slowly transition to the NBA on his terms.
