8. Collin Sexton, restricted

Collin Sexton is probably being overlooked as a big-name free agent but is better than most think he is. That said, his market could be difficult to project. He will be looking for big money and there aren’t many teams with the necessary cap space to pull it off.

I thought the Detroit Pistons were a safe landing spot, but after they selected Jaden Ivey in the 2022 NBA draft, that’s not out of the picture. The Indiana Pacers do make sense, however. Especially if you believe that they will trade Malcolm Brogdon this offseason.

They will need to add more to their backcourt, which truly only has Tyrese Haliburton as a long-term piece, and Sexton does fit the timeline for a rebuild.
