In this first trade offer, the Heat must have to trade nearly every young asset and draft picks for Kevin durant, including Tyler Herro. This would be under the assumption that Durant would not want the Heat to trade Bam Adebayo or Jimmy Butler to the Nets.

The Nets would get three first-round picks and pick swaps, including a few blue-chip assets in Herro, Nikola Jovic, and whatever you think of Max Strus and Gabe Vincent, who have been impressive in their recent development.

Of course, the depth of a deal is present in this offer but I’m not sure if this package is top-heavy enough for Brooklyn’s eyes. If not, there are adjustments the Heat can make too.
