15. Indiana Pacers

The Indiana Pacers are expected to make more trades before the season begins, with Buddy Hield and Myles Turner being at the center of those discussions. The Pacers without Hield and Turner being in the rotation will likely be one of the bottom three teams in the Eastern Conference.

If, and this is a big if, Tyrese Haliburton makes a jump in his game – which could very well happen – the Pacers will have a bit of a higher ceiling than a bottom three team in the East. Considering that’s no guarantee, the Pacers could be in a fight to not finish with the worst record in the East.

Indiana has a bright future. But they’re still trying to build a solid foundation and sometimes that takes time. And that may equate to the Pacers not winning many games this season.
