No team in the East has made a conference-altering move that should strike fear in Milwaukee
Looking around the rest of the Eastern Conference, I don’t believe any teams have made a conference-altering move this offseason. Sure, the Boston Celtics may have gotten better by adding Malcolm Brogdon and Danilo Gallinari. And, yes, the Philadelphia 76ers added toughness by adding PJ Tucker.
But I’m not sure either of those moves would significantly change things all that much in a potential series with the Bucks. Look, Milwaukee probably should’ve beaten the Celtics in the conference semifinals. And that was without Khris Middleton.
A healthy Bucks team will be extremely difficult to beat in a seven-game series. And coming off a disappointing showing in the postseason, this team will have an even bigger chip on their shoulders.
Forget about the Bucks. Count them out at your own discretion. I simply don’t see any reason why the Bucks shouldn’t be the favorites to win the Eastern Conference.
