NBA Trade Rumors: 15 difference-makers most likely to be moved next

Donovan Mitchell, Utah Jazz

Over the past couple of weeks, much of the NBA transaction talk has moved away from Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving and has fallen on the shoulders of Donovan Mitchell. Even though he hasn’t pushed for a trade reportedly, it seems like the Utah Jazz seems highly motivated to trade him at some point.

However, at least for now, there remains a chance that he could still be on the roster when training camp opens for the Jazz in about a couple of months. That said, I still believe that the Jazz likely trades him at some point before that.

Utah seems to be headed toward a rebuild and trading Mitchell will be a key to that. They are looking for a collection of picks and a few young players to help them get to the next era of Jazz basketball. Pencil in Utah as another team ready to tank for Victor.
