4. Scottie Barnes, Toronto Raptors
The hype around Scottie Barnes has high an all-time high this offseason. The Toronto Raptors have made him off-limits in any trade for Kevin Durant and after the season he just had, they are absolutely correct in doing that.
Barnes won the NBA’s Rookie of the Year award and is just scratching the surface of the player that he can be. He averaged 15 points, eight rebounds, and four assists per game on 49 percent shooting from the field.
He’s an improving star on the offensive end and has the potential to be elite on the defensive end. He has superstardom written all over him and he’s just getting started. The Raptors have a really good one in Barnes.
