Predicting five middle-of-the-pack teams that will be facing the most pressure during the 2022-23 NBA season. 

NBA Training Camps are just a few weeks away and considering the chaotic offseason that just ensued, there will be plenty of intrigue heading into the 2022-23 campaign. Whether it’s following along some of the championship favorites or keeping tabs on some of the teams that just hit the restart button and began the journey of a new rebuild, this season should provide plenty of theater overall.

However, we won’t focus on the top or bottom of the projected standings in this article. Instead, we’ll look at a few teams that are labeled “middle-of-the-pack.”

It’s not just the NBA championship contenders or rebuilding teams that face pressure

We’re going to take a look at some of the middling teams or playoff hopefuls that will be facing their fair share of pressure this season. Teams that either need to take a step forward, need to figure out if their core can take the next professional step, or teams with a star that has some proving to do.
