Jalen Brunson has been sealed, signed, and delivered

Entering the offseason, if you told New York Knicks fans that they could emerge out of the offseason with Jalen Brunson, they probably would’ve taken the deal in a heartbeat. And that’s what transpired this offseason. So, it’s a win for the Knicks.

Brunson will improve the Knicks and that’s all you can ask. It’s not about comparing what could’ve been with Mitchell to Brunson; the Knicks got a game-changing player this offseason and that’s something they should feel good about.

There may be questions about how of a difference Brunson will make for the Knicks but that’s something they can worry about once the season starts and is underway. The goal entering the offseason was to sign Brunson, that was quite clear before the summer even began.

The Knicks accomplished that.
