What is a realistic goal for the Oklahoma City Thunder this season?

Heading into this season, it’s going to be a bit difficult to quantify what a successful season would be for the Oklahoma City Thunder. However, with such a young roster, the sky is the limit for the team heading into what will be year three of a rebuild.

OKC knows what it’s going to get from Shai Gilgeous-Alexander; if they can see improvements from Luguentz Dort, Josh Giddey, and/or Darius Bazley, we should see a better Thunder team this season.

The Thunder has the chance to be one of the more intriguing teams heading into 2022-23. And if everything falls into place, they could be a dark horse threat to make the playoffs in the Western Conference. But simply winning more than 30 games this season would be a huge step in the right direction for a team that desperately needs it.
