20. Atlanta Hawks

The Atlanta Hawks made waves when they acquired Dejounte Murray from the San Antonio Spurs but I’m still bullish on this team heading into the start of the year. After an offseason where it seemed as if they were going to trade John Collins, they didn’t.

Is that something that is just going to go away with the acquisition of Murray? I’d be shocked if all their problems were fixed with just this one move. Trae Young is still entertaining, though.

19. Washington Wizards

The Washington Wizards are a difficult team to gauge. They do have some names on their roster with Bradley Beal and Kristaps Porzingis, but this is a franchise that has been known for being underwhelming.

I know Beal is still really good but I simply don’t believe that Kristaps can be a legit No. 2 star for a playoff team. Not anymore. The Wizards could be a dark horse but other than Beal, there’s not much intrigue surrounding this team.
