30. Orlando Magic

The Orlando Magic may not be at the win pace that their fans would like but there are plenty of positives to take out of their first couple of weeks of the season. And the biggest is the fact that Paolo Banchero looks every bit the real deal for the franchise.

He has the potential to be the team’s next franchise star and the replacement that they’ve been looking for ever since Dwight Howard left. 

29. Detroit Pistons

Before the season, many were ready to anoint the Detroit Pistons as a potential dark horse playoff threat in the Eastern Conference. Perhaps many of us were a bit premature.

The Pistons are certainly a team to watch. They have the chance to be one of the most entertaining teams in the league by the end of the season. The question is, can they continue to trend in the right direction?
