28. Indiana Pacers

The Indiana Pacers are far from a good team right now but there is a couple of bright spots that their fans have to be excited about heading into the future – Tyrese Haliburton and Bennedict Mathurin.

The young duo is averaging 43 points, 12 assists, and nine rebounds per game. They’re also both shooting above 45 percent from the field and 39 percent from 3-point range. The Pacers are a fun team to watch and have a shot to be really good in a few years.

27. Houston Rockets

The Houston Rockets may not end up winning many games this season but they have a strong young core that is quickly becoming established in the league. The Rockets’ core four of Jalen Green, Kevin Porter Jr., Jabari Smith, and Alperen Sengun is one of the best in the league.
