Harrison Barnes is another player that many contenders will likely be targeting at the NBA Trade Deadline. And there’s at least an outside chance that he’s the player that the Brooklyn Nets called about.

Even though he’s no longer a player that’s in his prime, he’s still averaging 11 points and six rebounds on 40 percent shooting from the field. He’s only shooting 11 percent from 3-point range so far this season, but historically he’s a good 3-point shooter.

Over his last five seasons in the league, he’s shot at least 38 percent from 3-point range in each season. The historical evidence suggests that Barnes will likely recover this season. Plus, he’s only 30 years old. For some reason, he feels a lot older than that age.

Barnes is on an expiring contract this season and is another player that will likely be relatively cheap via trade.
