Terance Mann, LA Clippers
Terance Mann may not be a player that even the casual fan knows but he’s a talented young player that I would see get a bigger role on another team (if the LA Clippers are not a team that can give him that). Just last season, Mann looked like a player that was carving out a defined role for the team.
He was, really, only given an opportunity because of LA’s injuries, but I thought he played well enough to earn more minutes. Last season, he averaged 11 points, five rebounds, and three assists per game on 48 percent shooting from the field and 37 percent shooting from 3-point range in 29 minutes per game.
This season, he’s only played 18 minutes per game. The arrival of John Wall kind of eliminated any shot of Mann getting a more defined role with the Clippers this season, and that’s unfortunate. I’d like to see Mann get a fair shot on another team.
And maybe his numbers would rebound a bit too.
