The Phoenix Suns are a team that should probably take a look at acquiring Gordon Hayward. If they could make it happen financially, they should absolutely pursue him as a player that could help this team get over the top in the Western Conference. Even more so with the lack of depth in the frontcourt.

Cameron Johnson is set to miss a couple of months with an injury and the expectation is that the team is going to trade Jae Crowder. Hayward would be an excellent addition to a team that will be looking to win a chip this season.

Hayward is the type of player that would help the Suns on multiple fronts. He would give them options in the frontcourt and versatility that they don’t have at the moment. That’s always a plus heading into the playoff push.
