The Oklahoma City Thunder is a team that could sneak up and tries to acquire one of these stars at the NBA Trade Deadline. We know this is a team that has the necessary assets to make such a move and adding John Collins to this team’s young core could be exactly what this team needs to take off.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is ready to take off. He’s a certified star. He’s officially broken out and will soon be a household name. The Thunder will eventually have to make a move for one of these disgruntled stars. Maybe that is Collins?

This is the type of move that the Thunder should really take a chance on. With the step back that Collins has made, he could probably be had for cheap. The Thunder don’t really have to worry about the salary. They have plenty of it.
