In the latest edition of our NBA Power Rankings, the Boston Celtics and Milwaukee Bucks rule the Eastern Conference.

Through the first quarter of the season, the Boston Celtics and Milwaukee Bucks have been the two best teams in the league. They have also begun to separate themselves from the rest of the Eastern Conference.

And the scary part (for the rest of the league) is that neither of the teams is fully healthy. That means that both have room to improve before the start of the playoffs.
