28. Orlando Magic

Heading into this season, the goal for the Orlando Magic was to figure out whether Paolo Banchero was going to be the star that the team was hoping he would be when they selected him with the No. 1 pick in the 2022 NBA Draft.

So far, that seems to be true. The Magic still have several things to figure out regarding their roster but they have some light at the end of the tunnel.

27. San Antonio Spurs

The San Antonio Spurs are in a difficult situation. We know they are a rebuilding team but I’m not sure they have a solid foundation to point to a potential future. The Spurs’ future is still uncertain and part of this season is figuring out how they want to proceed forward.

I’m simply not sure what the next step is for the team.
