24. Oklahoma City Thunder

It’s exciting to watch the Oklahoma City Thunder continue to evolve as a team. Specifically, it’s exciting to watch Shai Gilgeous-Alexander continue to grow as a player and begin to carry the young Thunder as they experience some success as a team.

The Thunder still has some ways to grow but they’re beginning to show some signs of competitiveness. And that’s great to see.

23. Chicago Bulls

The Chicago Bulls may be stuck. They have built a roster that is in win-now mode but hasn’t gotten the results that would suggest that. And that will open the door for the opportunity for change heading into the NBA Trade Deadline.

Ranked 12th in the Eastern Conference, that’s the road the Bulls may be heading down. Will Chicago continue to fool themselves that their roster is good enough to win in the East or will they attempt to make a bold move at the deadline?
