NBA Power Rankings: Boston Celtics, Milwaukee Bucks rule the Eastern Conference
20. Minnesota Timberwolves
The Minnesota Timberwolves have some work to do to live up to the pre-season expectations. They’ve gotten off to a difficult start and there are still questions about the Rudy Gobert fit, but at this point, you have to trust the growing pains.
The Wolves can’t take the trade back and they just need to focus on making lemonade out of lemons. And the one reason why I believe that the Wolves can climb their way out of the bottom of the standings is due to the fact that the ceiling is so high on Anthony Edwards.
Nevertheless, if the Wolves can’t climb into a top 6 seed in the Western Conference, this situation can’t quickly go sideways for the team. It will be interested to see how this season ends for the Wolves, especially with so much at stake.
