New York Knicks get a boost on offense and defense

In this first trade idea, the New York Knicks take a big swing on Buddy Hield and Myles Turner who have been two standouts for the surprising Indiana Pacers this season. Though, in order to complete this deal, it’s going to cost the Knicks. Quite frankly, I’m not sure they’re ready to offer such a deal.

If they are, it could be worth it.

For this to work, the Knicks would probably have to include Mitchell Robinson and a future first-round pick (possibly unprotected) along with Julius Randle and Cam Reddish. The Knicks may not want to include Robinson but I’m not sure how Robinson and Turner work together. So Robinson would essentially work as an additional first-round pick.

The Knicks would get some help on the defensive end with Turner and an offensive spark with Hield. Would that be enough to help the Knicks turn their season around? Who knows but this is a deal that is feasible for them.
