Sacramento Kings
The Sacramento Kings are another team that has gotten off to a solid start to the season. They are currently in a playoff position in the Western Conference. That said, I’m not sure how long that could realistically last. The Kings have shown growth this season but with how deep the West is, it wouldn’t be surprising if they fell off the pace a bit.
That could open the door to the Kings being semi-sellers at the deadline. Sacramento doesn’t necessarily need to move any of their big pieces because have truly shown promise at the start of this season, but there are some veterans that could be more valuable on other teams.
Harrison Barnes and Richaun Holmes are two players that the Kings will likely explore trades for as we inch closer and closer to the NBA Trade Deadine. And if we’re being quite honest, with how well De’Aaron Fox has looked, Sacramento should probably see what the market is for Davion Mitchell.
